ECMP: Maintenance Plan for Construction Facilities
As part of the gradual digitization of construction processes and procedures, we have developed an application for efficient and accurate maintenance planning of construction facilities, including methodologies. The ECMP (Effective Construction Maintenance Planning) application aims to enhance the precision of maintenance and structural element renewal, determining costs and lifespans. It operates with current values and budgets, capable of defining inflation coefficients. Methodologies meticulously outline necessary steps and specific requirements throughout the entire life cycle.
ECMP serves as an ideal tool within the Building Information Modeling (BIM) framework: input derived from the 3D model is used to generate maintenance and renewal plans, subsequently serving as a basis for Computer-Aided Facility Management (CAFM). It represents a unique and precise tool.
